Growing up and being schooled on the Gold Coast pre-determined my enthusiasm for returning to the South-East corner once my studies were complete. The life I had enjoyed (including my love of all water based activities) remained a high priority to share with my young Family.

Attainment of Dental and Medical Degrees from the University of Queensland represented the culmination of many years of planning and striving toward my goal of Specialist Practice in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The final phases of my training involved the completion of both General and Specialist Fellowships, including overseas rotations, thus granting undeniable recognition of my surgical experience in Medical and Dental disciplines.

Continued involvement with both Private and Public Practice ensures a rewarding and challenging professional life. My direct involvement with students (Specialist trainees, Medical and Dental) in mentoring and tutoring roles provides an important opportunity to pass-on the benefits of training I have received from others.
